Shipping, returns & the small print

Every item is knitted after you order, which usually takes 1–3 working days. Shipping is a flat €6.78 and free on orders over €50.

Parcels leave from Italy or the Netherlands, depending on the item — the product page says which. European orders typically arrive within a week of dispatch, the rest of the world within two to three. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Customs duties outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. Send a message first, then post it back in its original condition — return postage is paid by the buyer.

Once it arrives the payment is refunded to the same card, normally within five working days.

Items knitted to custom measurements, and sweaters knitted with a name, are made for one dog and can only be returned if something is wrong with them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach this website.

Prices are in euros.

Ordering requires a name, an address and an email — used only to make and send the parcel, and kept for as long as tax rules require.

Payment data stays with Stripe. Analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner; declining changes nothing about your order. The basket is stored in your own browser.
