Soft acrylic for the hoods, a wool blend for the beanies and sweaters. Thirteen colours, from quiet camel to loud orange.

Garter stitch, ribbing and cables, worked on needles — not cut from a roll of fabric.

Pom-poms wound and trimmed by hand, ties and cuffs sewn so they hold through the shaking.

Measure once. Fits snug.

Head circumference
Wrap the tape under the chin and over the top of the head. Snug, not tight. This decides the hat size.

Neck circumference
Measure around the base of the neck, where the collar sits.

Distance between ears
A straight line across the top of the head, from the base of one ear to the other.

Sweaters are sized by weight — weigh your dog, or send chest and back length for a custom fit.

Hats go by head circumference: wrap a tape under the chin and over the top of the head, then pick the size whose range contains the number. Sweaters go by weight. If you are between sizes or your dog is long-bodied, choose Custom and send the measurements — it is knitted to them.
The hood has a ribbed face opening and knitted chin ties, so it stays on in wind. The beanie holds by stretch and has openings for the ears. Let the first try-on happen indoors with a treat; most dogs forget they are wearing it within minutes.
The hoods are soft acrylic. The beanies and sweaters are a 50% wool, 50% acrylic blend — warmer, still soft against the skin. Nothing is treated with the chemicals that make cheap knitwear scratch.
Yes. The Name Sweater has the name worked into the knit as it is made, up to 12 characters. It is knitted exactly as you type it, so check the spelling.
Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, press the water out without wringing, and dry flat. No tumble dryer.
Everything is knitted after you order — 1–3 working days — and posted from Italy or the Netherlands depending on the item. European orders usually arrive within a week of dispatch, the rest of the world in two to three.
A flat €6.78, and free on orders over €50.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition; return postage is paid by the buyer. Items knitted to custom measurements or with a name can only be returned if something is wrong with them.
Payment runs through Stripe, the same checkout used by thousands of shops. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach this website.
A mass-produced hat comes in two sizes and is cut from fabric. These are knitted to your dog's measurement, one at a time, in the colour you choose — which is why they fit small heads that nothing else fits.
